These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CoinTrue: Value & Melt Scan application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

CoinTrue is an iOS application that scans coins to identify them and estimate their value. Recognition runs on your device using a bundled model. Features include guided camera capture, photo import, coin identification (country, year, mint, denomination, metal, and composition), estimated value ranges with a confidence level, melt value for precious metals based on current spot prices, a personal catalog with photos and notes, value-history charts, and PDF report export.

2. Important Limitations — Estimates, Not Appraisals

CoinTrue provides honest estimates, not a certified grade or appraisal. You understand and agree that:

• Identifications and values are estimates, presented as ranges with a confidence level. They are not a guarantee of authenticity, grade, or sale price.
• The App is not a substitute for professional authentication or grading. For valuable coins, consult a certified service such as PCGS or NGC.
• Identification accuracy depends on photo quality, lighting, wear, and how the coin is framed. Low-confidence reads are flagged rather than guessed.
• Melt value depends on third-party spot prices that change continuously and may be delayed; it is an approximation, not a quoted buy or sell price.
• Coin values are influenced by grade, rarity, demand, and errors that an on-device scan cannot fully assess.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Rely on the App's estimates as a professional appraisal when buying, selling, insuring, or authenticating coins
• Use the App to misrepresent a coin's identity, grade, or value to another party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the bundled recognition model or reference data
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free-tier limitations
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: No charge. Up to 3 coin scans per day, a catalog of up to 15 coins, one photo per coin, honest value ranges and melt value, with banner and interstitial advertising.
• Premium Monthly: $4.99/month. Unlimited identifications, an unlimited catalog with both-side photos, full value history and charts, PDF report export, and zero ads.
• Premium Annual: $29.99/year (save 50% vs. monthly), with a 7-day free trial. Same Premium feature set as monthly.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you cancel during a free trial before it ends, you will not be charged.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Existing subscribers retain their original price for the remainder of the active term.

5. User Content

Coin photos, catalog data, and history are stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your photos and data. We do not access, collect, or store your content on any server.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, recognition model, and reference data, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. The bundled model and reference data are licensed for use within the App only and may not be extracted or redistributed.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY IDENTIFICATION OR VALUE ESTIMATE WILL BE ACCURATE FOR A SPECIFIC COIN.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Financial decisions made based on an estimate (buying, selling, insuring, or trading a coin)
• Inaccurate identifications, value ranges, or melt values, including those caused by spot-price changes
• Loss of coin photos or catalog data due to user error or device failure
• Subscription-related charges that fall under Apple's billing policy

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, including any transaction you enter into based on the App's estimates.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
